Link account user

If someone registered as Account user without being linked yet, enter their email here to attach them to your workspace for assigning tasks. Their existing private data is not merged — only membership changes.

Report to (task dropdown options)

One label per line. Append |disabled to hide an option from the dropdown without deleting it. If you leave this empty, master defaults apply when the hosted app provides them.

Task email CC (organisation)

Optional addresses copied on task-related emails (assignments, rejections, Task View summaries, daily reminders, need-improvement finalized, test reminder). Stored on your workspace — any account admin in this organisation can view or change the same list.

How accounts work: “Create account” can register an account admin (new workspace) or an account user (they can sign up first; you link them by email below when ready). Admins assign tasks to users in your org list. Regular users only assign tasks to themselves. Local mode: Without an API URL in config.js, data stays in this browser. Use “Create account” for a local admin, then add users here.
